Hi All, my name is Roni Aaryan.

For the past several years, I’ve been quietly battling long-term depression and have had no stable income during that time. It’s been a difficult journey, emotionally and financially but I’ve reached a point where I want to turn my struggles into something meaningful, not just for myself, but for others too.

I’m launching this fundraiser to help me rebuild my own life while also supporting those who are facing homelessness and hardship across the UK. My dream is to create something sustainable, a charitable project and business that gives back to people in need while offering everyone an exciting opportunity to win something life-changing.

Terms & Conditions (T&C)

• There is no age restriction to enter this draw. You are welcome to contribute any amount you feel comfortable donating. Every contribution, big or small, brings us one step closer to our goal and makes a real difference.

• My goal is to raise £3.5 million, which will be allocated toward the prize (flat or cash), charitable donations, advertising, and related costs.

• The house draw will be held live once the full £3.5 million fundraising target is met.

• Important: The draw will only take place if the full target amount is raised within a specific timeframe. If the target is not met, the flat will not be drawn.

• All entries are non-refundable.

• The winner will have the option to choose between receiving the flat or a cash alternative.

• A significant portion of the funds raised will be donated to charity. The names of the charities and full financial details will be disclosed transparently once the fundraising target is reached.

• I am committed to being transparent and genuine throughout this process, and we aim to provide all relevant information clearly.

• This may be one of the first draws of its kind, but if successful, I hope to organise more in the future to support homelessness initiatives and other charitable causes.

• The organisers reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions if required for regulatory or operational reasons.
