Perhaps most of us love eating chicken, which makes it the second most-consumed meat worldwide after pork. Chicken is one of my favorite meats, and I enjoy all kinds of chicken dishes. We often cook a variety of meals with chicken, including chicken curry, fried chicken, chicken kebabs, pelau, tehari, barbecue, and more.
